When you blurred the background, you left parts around the girl that made a "ghost line".
But besides that, looks very beautiful.

I tried, but when I blurred whole image it was there, dunno why. I tried erasing using layer mask with black color and it's not working for some reason

What a problem! mmm... let me think...
Maybe you duplicate an adjustment layer at some point and accidentally moved it a little bit. Then you got a weird glow.
That's the only thing I can think off. Try to hide all layers (all of them) one at the time, from bottom to top, and hopefully you will see when the glow appear.

when I hide the blur layer it disappear the line but when I have it back it's there.
